35-year-old Kyle Clark was driving in Chicago Sunday night when he accidentally sideswiped another vehicle. Rather than pull over however, he kept going.
The other driver happened to be an off-duty cop who was riding with another friend. He pulled up next to Clark and order him to pull over os they could file a police report, according to a prosector who spoke with CWB Chicago. As soon as both drivers stepped out of their cars however, Clark began throwing punches.
The cop's friend stepped in to help, at which point Clark "bit the man's nipple and tore it completely off," prosecutors said. Once the fight ended, Clark was arrested, and the victim went to a nearby hospital where the wound was closed. The prosecutor says the victim lost his nipple.
Clark is facing charges of leaving the scene of an accident, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, and aggravated battery of a peace officer, because the off-duty cop identified himself as police.
