ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The National Weather Service damage assessments are starting to come in. They confirm an EF1 moved through South County just before 6:30 Saturday evening.
Another EF 1 tornado hit Hecker, Illinois, about 40 minutes south of St. Louis. While there was significant damage in Hecker there were no reports of injuries either in Missouri or Illinois.
Updated information from the National Weather Service shows more tornadoes in the Bi-State. The latest Two confirmed, an EF1 in Pevely, MO and an EF-Zero south of Valmeyer, IL
