St Louis County Health Director's concerns over animal shelter: 'Way over capacity'

Dr. Kanika Cunningham, director of the Saint Louis County Department of Public Health, says the animal shelter in the county is 'way over capacity' of dogs and cats. She says adoptions happen during daylight hours, but says, 'we take in animals around the clock.' She says if you can't adopt, fostering an animal for a short period of time can help as well.
