A fire broke out this morning in the eastern part of the county.
The blaze was first reported around 7:24 a.m. in the 15400 block of east Windham Circle, near Central and 159th Street East. Wichita Fire Department crews responded to the scene and brought the fire under control at 7:45 a.m. It was contained to the garage of the 2-1/2 story residence.
There's no word on what caused the fire and a damage estimate is not yet available.
