A 21-year-old man faces charges after an accidental fatal shooting in west Wichita Tuesday morning ... in the 700 block of south Sycamore. Police Capt. Jason Stephens says 21-year-old Christian Enrique Concha introduced a handgun to two children ... age 10 and 9 ... and allowed each to handle it. Then he left the children unattended with the gun when he went to a convenience store. The nine-year-old accidentally shot 18-year-old Jeremy Retana in the head.
Christian Enrique Concha faces charges of felony murder and aggravated child endangerment.
