Police confirm that a woman is dead after a shooting in east Wichita.
Officers responded to a shooting call at Ninth and Grove after 9 p.m. Wednesday evening. Police say a woman showed up at a hospital with critical gunshot injuries. That woman has died. Her name has not been released.
