Wichita Police are investigating a shooting in southeast Wichita. Around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday morning first responders were dispatched to the 51-hundred block of east Harry with the report of a shooting. Responding officers were then sent to the 16-hundred block of south Pinecrest.
Officers found a 30-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the face. He was taken to Wesley Medical Center in critical condition. No other information was immediately available.
