UPDATE: The issues related to the non-emergency case reporting center phone line, known as Case Desk, has been resolved.
The Wichita Police Department, (WPD), is advising that residents who call the non-emergency call center, Case Desk, at phone number 316 268-4221 may not get through due to IT related issues.
WPD is working to resolve this issue, in the meantime citizens can call one of the four Patrol Sub Stations to file a report, Monday- Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
