Upon their arrival, officers learned that Bell had been transported to an area hospital by private vehicle where he later died from his injuries.\xa0\xa0The investigation revealed Bell was inside of the residence when a disturbance ensued involving a known suspect. During the disturbance, the suspect fired multiple shots, striking Bell.
