Governor Kelly's state-wide stay-home order is set to expire May 3rd ... as officials deal with the coronavirus pandemic in Kansas. Wichita Mayor Brandon Whipple tells KNSS News he thinks the governor will let the order expire Sunday night ... if there is not an "uptick" in new cases. Whipple says it would then be up to the bigger counties ... Sedgwick, Johnson, and Wyandotte ... to set their own restrictions an rules.
