A man has been arrested, suspected of passing fake bills in the Arkansas City area.
Investigators learned that the counterfeit $20 and $100 dollar bills were making their way through local businesses and venders ahead of a weekend festival.
Investigators say they identified a suspect with the help of area business owners reviewing surveillance footage.
That suspect was identified as Tanner Mora, 29. At the time of his arrest police say he was found with counterfeit money, meth, and marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
They said they also linked him to a case earlier in the month.
Mora is being held on a $41,000 bond.
