The Garden City Fire Department is investigating a possible arson fire at a home. It happened just after 5:00 p.m. last Thursday afternoon.
Police put out the blaze before the Fire Department arrived, but firefighters noticed the smell of an accelerant, and a liquid trail outside the home.
The Kansas State Fire Marshal's Office is assisting in the investigation.
