The drought continues across much of Kansas, with no end in sight. Sedgwick County Commission Chair Ryan Baty tells KNSS News the water situation across the state has reached a "crisis" level. He says it's not only the drought but also pollution. He says there are more than 200 groundwater pollution sites in Wichita and Sedgwick County.
Baty says public education, conservation, and innovation are needed.
