The body of a Reno County man who went missing last Thursday was located Tuesday afternoon.
Eighty-year-old Gary Foster was found on a rural property in the western part of the county, in an area near where he was last seen.
His disappearance led to a Silver Alert being issued. The formal search for Foster was paused Sunday but residents were encouraged to check their properties for the missing man. A large-scale effort involving nearly 200 people searched a five-mile radius around where Foster was last seen, aided by the Kansas Highway Patrol and Saline County.
