One person has died after a fire Thursday morning on a property in the 3600 block of E. 71st Street South. This is west of Derby, and near the west bank of the Arkansas River.
The fire involved a camper on the property, as crews extinguished the blaze that also threatened a house. The victim was found dead inside a structure.
The call came in after 8:30 a.m.
