A child hurt in a weekend crash southwest of Wichita has died from her injuries. The accident happened on MacArthur near K-42 in Schulte at 5:15 p.m. Sunday.
According to the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office, the child's mother was driving, when her vehicle left the road and hit a culvert. The car rolled and 3 people were trapped inside.
A 4-year-old girl was transported to an area hospital in critical condition but later died from her injuries. The woman and another child were also taken to the hospital in critical condition.
