Demarc Burges, 22, turned himself in to authorities early Tuesday. He's been charged with 2nd-degree murder in the death of Raul Aguillar III, 28.
Police say there was a disturbance in the 1200 block of N. Westview around 3:00 a.m.
Sunday morning. Officers found Aguillar who had been shot. He died a short time later at a hospital.
Bond for Burges was set at $500,000.
