An elderly man was injured in a bicycle crash in the northeast area of Goddard; the victim was hospitalized with serious injuries.
The crash happened at 183rd West & Spring Hill Drive, south of Maple Street.
The bicyclist was going south on 183rd when he began to make a left turn; a car was behind the bicyclist; there was a collision, knocking the man off the bicycle.
It appears the bicyclist was wearing earbuds or some type of earphones, and did not hear the car.
