Wichita Police are investigating the city's latest homicide, after an overnight shooting.
The incident happened just before 2 a.m. Saturday when reports of gunfire were heard in the 6300 block of W. Kellogg, near Dugan.
As officers began investigating the parking lot area, they received a report that two men arrived at a local hospital, both suffering from gunshot wounds. A 37-year-old man later died from his injuries while a 54-year-old man sustained serious injuries and is currently in stable condition.
Police say it appears a disturbance broke out prior to the shooting but the exact circumstances remain under investigation. No arrests have been made.
