Some patients have been caught off-guard or unaware of the closing, and have had to scramble to find medical care.
Haysville Mayor Russ Kessler said that the clinic will officially close on Monday, Sept.
5, but some patients say they have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone when calling. Kessler says he’s been making phone calls to other area providers in the hope of attracting other doctors to take over.
However, there are no current plans to keep the clinic in operation.
