A 16-year-old boy died in an ATV crash near Marion Saturday night.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says Seth Mader of Hillsboro was driving the ATV on 170th Street, approximately 2 miles southeast of Marion. He failed to turn in a curve in the road and crashed, with the ATV coming to rest in a ditch.
The KHP says Mader was not wearing a helmet.
