The Harvey County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a scene where human remains were found in eastern Harvey County, east of Newton.
Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call received around 4:45 Monday afternoon, after a man found the remains near a hedge row near 1st Street and Rock Road.
The identity of the individual nor the cause of death have been identified. The scene remains under investigation.
