Three people were hurt in a multi-car crash at the westbound I-70 off-ramp at K-177, south of Manhattan.
It happened around 10:55 a.m. Friday. The Kansas Highway Patrol says a westbound vehicle stopped at the stop sign at the end of the off-ramp, entered the intersection and was struck on the driver's side by a second vehicle.
The first vehicle came to rest in a ditch west of K-177. The second vehicle jackknifed into the southbound lanes, struck a parked vehicle and came to rest blocking both southbound lanes of K-177.
The driver of the first vehicle and two passengers were taken to the hospital with suspected serious injuries. The driver of the second vehicle had minor injuries, while the driver of the parked vehicle was not hurt.
