On Wednesday, July 31, the Kansas Department of Transportation is closing the ramp from westbound K-254 at 9 a.m. That will shut down access to both southbound I-235 and southbound I-135 until 3 p.m.
The ramp closures are necessary for new sign footing installation. While installation occurs, traffic will be directed to northbound I-135 to the 53rd Street north exit to turn left and head southbound on I-135.
