A KDOT field survey is getting underway Tuesday, Sept. 5, for proposed improvements on K-254 from Woodlawn to 127th E. This will include surveying north and south of the highway on Rock Road, Webb Road, and Greenwich Road in Sedgwick County. This field survey is estimated to be completed by Feb.1.
A member of the survey crew first will contact property owners and/or tenants in the corridor for permission to enter private property. Survey activities will include the use of survey instruments on the ground to determine locations of existing features within the survey corridor.
