A Wichita woman killed in a head-on crash early Saturday has been identified.

It happened around 1:40 Saturday morning. The Kansas Highway Patrol says a 21-year-old Wichita woman was driving the wrong way on the ramp from southbound I-135 to eastbound K-96. Her vehicle collided head-on with another vehicle, driven by 45-year-old Loni Smith of Wichita. Smith died from her injuries.

The wrong-way driver, 21-year-old Elizabeth Taylor, suffered serious injuries as she was not wearing a seatbelt. She was transported to a local hospital. The crash remains under investigation.
