Kansas lawmakers have been in session three months, and they're starting to get serious about passing bills. Sedgwick County Commission Chair Pete Meitzner tells KNSS News local government officials are keeping an eye on what's happening in Topeka. He says lawmakers can pass bills with unexpected content. Meitzner says "We're really paying attention to anything that might have some kind of impact on our citizens"
