A man scaled the Devon Tower in downtown Oklahoma City on Tuesday morning. He made it safely but was apprehended by police for trespassing and disorderly conduct.
The man streamed the event on Instagram saying this was in protest of abortion. He scaled the 50-story structure in downtown Oklahoma City without any climbing equipment and only chalk on his hands.
Devon Tower is the tallest building in the state at 845 feet tall. It opened to the public in October 2012.
