A man is dead after he was shot Saturday night in west Wichita.
Officers responded just before 6:30 p.m. to a local business in the 900 block of south Seneca, where they found a man lying in a parking lot. The victim was taken to the hospital where he later died. He has not been identified.
Police believe the suspect confronted the victim in a targeted incident, not a random act of violence, however the exact circumstances are still unclear.
