Wichita Police say one man is dead after an industrial accident just west of downtown Wichita.
It happened just after 6 p.m. Sunday, in the 200 block of N. Osage. Police say the man was inside a building that stores heavy machinery. He was unloading a forklift when it shifted and fell on him.
Despite the work of emergency personnel, the man died at the scene. His name has not been released.
