A male victim in his 40s was found shot in downtown Wichita, and hospitalized in critical condition.
The man was located in a crashed vehicle that rolled over at about 10:00 a.m., south of Topeka & Murdock (at Pine & Topeka).
Police are also working the investigation at another location at Seneca & Harry, which may be related to the shooting victim.
