A man in his 70s was injured in a crash Monday northwest of Wichita; investigators believe he may have suffered from a medical condition.
The crash happened before 8:00 a.m. at 53rd Street North & Ridge Road, involving a pickup truck with a trailer.
Witnesses report the man was driving fine, north-bound, then the vehicle left the road; it hit a mailbox and several stop signs before entering a ditch.
The victim was unconscious when he was hospitalized.
The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash.
