One man was killed and another person was hospitalized following a crash south of Lincoln & Topeka, south of the downtown Wichita area.
The crash was reported shortly before 10:00 p.m. Wednesday.
The car was heading south on Topeka through Lincoln when it struck and killed the man; investigators believe that victim was in a wheelchair.
