A man accused of taking a woman by force, caught on a ring camera video in Wichita has been charged.
The incident took place at a home in the 1400 block of N. Volutsia. The woman, 35, in the video called police last week after seeing the video on social media to report that she was safe.
Daniel Guvara, 22, was charged with aggravated domestic battery, two counts of domestic battery and criminal restraint. He is also being held on an immigration detainer.
He remains in jail on a $75,000 bond and is due back in court on November 3.
