A body was found Saturday afternoon in a private pond in northeast Wichita and Police say it appears to have been in the water for some time.
The body of a man was found by fishermen in a pond near the 1800 block of N. Garnett St., a property owned by Trinity Academy.
Police do not know exactly how long the body had been in the water or the age of the individual, but did say there were no obvious signs of trauma.
