A Wichita man is dead after a head-on collision Tuesday in Harper County. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol it happened around 11:10 a.m. on K-2 near the Barber county line.
A pickup truck heading northeast crossed the center line and struck a semi truck head-on. The driver of the pickup, 58-year-old Jimmy Anderson, was pronounced dead. The driver of the semi truck was not injured.
