Wichita Police are investigating a shooting Friday night in east Wichita that left one person injured.
It happened around 8 p.m. when a call was made to 911. Police believe the incident began at the intersection of Harry and Barlow and ended at the intersection of Douglas and Oliver where the call was made.
When officers arrived at the scene on Harry, they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with what is described as non-life threatening injuries.
