At least one person was seriously hurt after a crash in north Wichita Saturday evening.

It happened around 8:10 p.m., on 29th Street North at the intersection with the on-ramp to southbound I-135.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says the vehicle was east bound on the ramp from K-96 to westbound E. 29th when the driver sped through the curve. The vehicle left the roadway and overturned.

A 36-year-old man, a passenger in the vehicle, had suspected serious injuries. He was not wearing a seat belt.

Two other passengers, a 33-year-old woman and a 45-year-old woman, were uninjured.

The unnamed driver's condition is unknown, according to the KHP.
