One man is dead after an overnight shooting in Derby.
It happened around 2:30, in the 1200 block of north Westview. Derby Police Chief Robert Lee said the incident started as an argument inside the home and a 28-year-old man was shot. When officers arrived, the man was not breathing. He was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police are interviewing witnesses and have a good idea who the suspect is but have not been able to locate that person. No arrests have been made.
