At Tuesday's meeting, the Wichita City Council will discuss a budget for the coming year. Mayor Brandon Whipple tells KNSS News City employees will see pay raises. Base pay will be raised to $15 an hour.Whipple says raises for firegfighters will also be considered.
The mayor also says we're living in "a dual America right now" ... people vaccinated against COVID-19 and those who are not.
Whipple commented during Mondays with the Mayor ... on the Steve and Ted in the Morning Show on KNSS.
