The Wichita Police Department is investigating the stabbing of a man, 31, from Wichita. At 4:17 a.m., Sunday morning, officers were sent to the area of 1800 S. Broadway for a stabbing call. The officers discovered the victim, who had sustained two stab wounds. The injured individual was transported to a local area hospital for medical attention. The victim's injuries were non-life threatening.
Preliminary investigations revealed that a disturbance took place in the parking lot, which involved the victim and the suspect. This altercation resulted in the victim being stabbed twice.
