
The Wichita Police Department (WPD), has arrested Glen Moler, 54, of Wichita and he has been charged by the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office on the following charges:
· Four counts of criminal use of a financial card,
· Six counts of burglary,
· Three counts of theft,
· One count of auto theft,
· One count of theft of a firearm, and
· Two counts of attempted burglary.
WPD larceny investigators have been investigating several recent vehicle burglaries and stolen credit cards being used from the burglaries. Through their investigations, they were able to identify Moler as being involved.
On Wednesday, Moler was located at his home and arrested without incident. Additionally, investigators recovered the stolen vehicle and other stolen items. The stolen items were returned to their owners. Additional incidents are being investigated and will be presented for charging at a later date. Additionally, Moler has been arrested and convicted of multiple previous felonies.
WPD reminds citizens to lock their vehicles, not leave firearms or other valuables in your vehicle. Take them with you or store them safely at home. Also, if you see anything suspicious, call 911.
