Police have arrested two men following a shooting in south Wichita.
It happened just after midnight Sunday morning near a motel in the 1600 block of S. Broadway. The arriving officer's found Kristopher McFadden, 38, at a nearby home with a wound to his face.
A Police spokesperson said the investigation revealed McFadden and Omar Tejeda-Guzman, 39, were in the parking lot when McFadden pointed a gun at Tejeda-Guzman and then Tejeda-Guzman fired a handgun, grazing McFadden.
McFadden was treated and arrested for aggravated assault, and Tejeda-Guzman was booked for criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
