Police are investigating two separate shootings in north Wichita.
The first took place around 3:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at 18th and N. Chautauqua, leaving one man in critical condition.
The second shooting near 18th and Jackson took place 45 minutes later leaving one person with serious injuries.
It's not known if the two shootings are connected. No arrests have been made.
