A 30-year-old man has been arrested in the shooting deaths of two people at a mobile home in southeast Wichita.

The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that Steven Fessenden, of Wichita, was jailed in connection to the deaths of 42-year-old Nathan Brock and 41-year-old Trisha Benjamin. Jail records show he was booked for two counts of first-degree murder and interference with law enforcement.

Authorities responded at around 5 a.m. Saturday to a report of shots fired at the Englewood Mobile Home Park near MacArthur and Southeast Boulevard. They arrived to find Brock and Benjamin dead inside one of the homes.

KAKE News reports the case will be presented to the DA's office. The sheriff's office did not say what led up to the shooting.
