A small plane crashed this morning northeast of Wichita to the east of Stearman Field Airport, near Benton in Butler County.
Three people were on the plane, and one of those three called 911 to report the crash; emergency dispatchers say it appears that there are no injuries.
The plane came to rest upside down in a rural area.
