A house fire Friday evening critically injured two people.
It happened just before 10 p.m. in the 6100 block of East Zimmerly, near Lincoln and Woodlawn in southeast Wichita. Officials say that one adult and one child suffered smoke inhalation, but are now in stable condition at a local hospital.
A cause of the fire and a damage estimate is not yet available.
