
Two people are in custody, related to the alleged kidnapping of a child from Rose Hill on Thursday. The incident prompted an Amber Alert until the boy, 5, was found safe late Thursday night.

A spokesmen with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol says shortly before 10:00 p.m., Troopers found the suspects and the boy in Noble County, Oklahoma. They took the adults into custody and the KBI reported the boy was safe.
The boy’s mother and a man, believed to be the boy’s biological father, are in custody awaiting extradition to Kansas.
Danielle Banzet, 31, and Zachery Sisk, 33, remain jailed on requested charges kidnapping, felon in possession of a firearm, transporting a loaded firearm, using a firearm while committing a felony, possession of a controlled substance and related drug accusations.
