A teenager suffered critical, but non-life-threatening injuries after an evening shooting in north Wichita.
The call came in around 7:40 Saturday night, near 19th and Estelle.
Wichita Police say the victim is 15 years old and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Lt. Aaron Moses told KAKE-TV it appears the shooting was a self-inflicted but accidental incident.
