At approximately 12:55 am, Officers in the Old Town area heard multiple gunshots coming from inside Rock Island Live at 101 N. Rock Island Avenue. When officers arrived, a large crowd was exiting the business, including a 22-year-old woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her upper arm. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Other officers entered the business and found a 22-year-old man conscious and breathing with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. He was transported to a local hospital and is currently in stable condition.

Another 22-year-old woman arrived at a local hospital a short time later, also suffering from a gunshot wound to her foot.

Police say the suspect, Tyra Adair, was involved in a physical disturbance inside with several women. Adair brandished a gun and fired several rounds, striking several innocent bystanders. She was located nearby, still in possession of the gun, and taken into custody without incident.

This case will be presented to the District Attorney’s office.
